CHICAGO – Komatsu America Corp. has announced that Rod Schrader will step down from his chairman and CEO roles on March 31, and will fully retire effective June 30, 2025. Rod Bull will become CEO of Komatsu North America Corp. effective April 1. Bull currently serves as executive vice president of Komatsu’s North America region. He brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, including 14 years with Komatsu.
PALM BAY, Fla. – Governor Ron DeSantis has announced more than $389 million in grants to improve water quality and quantity across Florida. The funding includes $189 million in Water Quality Improvement Grants and $55 million in Alternative Water Supply Grants.

LUND, Sweden – Alfa Laval has announced that it has signed a binding put-option agreement to acquire the Fives Cryogenics business unit, part of Fives Group, for a total fixed purchase price of EUR 800 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
