DAVIDSON, N.C. -- Ingersoll Rand Inc., a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Tuthill Corporation’s pump group. The all-cash transaction, valued at $84.6 million, is expected to close in Q4, subject to customary closing conditions. Upon transaction close, the employees and brands of the Pump Group will join the Ingersoll Rand Precision and Science Technologies (PST) segment.

SAN FRANCISCO – KETOS, Inc., a water intelligence innovator, today announced that Richard Long will join the company as its new chief financial officer (CFO). In this role, Long will oversee KETOS’ financial operations including financial reporting, strategic financial planning and analysis, accounting and supporting the leadership team with the desired overall growth trajectory.

BERGEN, N.Y. – Liberty Pumps hosted a groundbreaking celebration at the site of its upcoming materials center. State and local partners as well as Liberty employees attended the event. The 107,000 square-foot expansion will provide additional warehousing and added manufacturing space. It is anticipated to support 30 additional jobs at the family- and employee-owned manufacturer.

EASTBOURNE, U.K. - Hannah Verrall has recently been appointed to the role of product line manager at HMD Kontro Sealless Pumps. Verrall was previously in the position of aftermarket manager. Verrall takes over from Darren Martin, who has been promoted to become the strategic account manager for the chemical team. Verrall will be responsible for developing and executing product development roadmaps, which encompasses marketing and pricing strategies aimed at growing market share.
