FRANKENTHAL, Germany (Feb. 22, 2017)—Three members of KSB AG’s Supervisory Board announced their resignations in February, according to documents released by the company.

Supervisory Board Chairman Thomas Seeberg on Feb. 16 announced he is resigning from his position on the board effective Feb. 28. Seeberg has been a member of the board since May 2012 and has served as chairman since September 2015.

FRANKENTHAL, Germany (Feb. 8, 2017)—KSB has divested the business activities of its subsidiary KSB AMRI Inc. effective Jan. 31, 2017, according to a statement from KSB.

Located in Houston, Texas, the U.S. company produces shut-off butterfly valves and actuators. The products are used for chlorine production in the chemical industry. With a workforce of 33, KSB AMRI Inc. generated sales revenue of 9.5 million euros in 2015, according to KSB.
