NEUSS, Germany (April 10, 2012) – Verder acquired the company Eltra GmbH in Neuss, Germany and its manufacturing facility ASAL sarl in Bucharest, Romania.
Eltra is a manufacturer of elemental analyzers. The equipment is partly manufactured in its own factory Asal but the design, final assembly and testing is done in the Neuss facility.
