McMutrie joins Obart from a major distributor of construction equipment, where for 20 years he was the national and key account sales manager for many high profile customers in the UK and across Europe. He was responsible for selling construction and ground-care products for global brands such as Honda, Stihl, Husqvarna, Saint Gobain , Yanmar , JCB and many other well-known manufacturers.
