MILWAUKEE, Wisc. - The Association of Equipment Manufacturers has named Justin Metzger as its new public relations manager. Metzger will be taking over for Pat Monroe after her retirement at the end of this year.
Metzger spent the previous seven years in various marketing and communications roles for the County of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, both in their Court Operations and Health & Human Services departments, with award-winning work recognized by the Public Relations Society of America.
Before that, he spent about seven years in the broadcast news world in markets ranging from Southern Indiana to Chicago, contributing on-air for radio stations from Los Angeles to Mumbai to Melbourne, and bringing home a couple of awards from the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association.
