GREENVILLE, S.C. - Integrated Power Services (IPS), which focuses on repair and engineering for electric motors, generators and rotating equipment, continues its strategic acquisitions with Delta Electric Motors and Eastside Electric Motors.

Delta Electric, based in Tukwila, Washington, and Eastside Electric, in Spokane, Washington, are both full-service electrical apparatus companies. Luigi DiPietro founded Delta Electric in 1976, following a 14-year career with GE. The DiPietro family acquired Eastside Electric in 2002. They comprise one of the Northwest’s oldest, highest quality service providers. Luigi’s sons, Michael and Joseph DiPietro, lead Delta Electric and Eastside Electric, and will continue in these roles with IPS.

Together, these companies employ 48 people and serve customers in the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Montana and Idaho, as well as Alaska, British Columbia, and Alberta. Both operations repair all types and sizes of electrical apparatus and participate in the Green Motors Incentive plan. These acquisitions join IPS Portland and IPS Denver to offer the largest geographic coverage in the western U.S.

“We’re excited about becoming part of the IPS family,” said Michael DiPietro. “IPS gives us more resources and capabilities to share with our customers, and I think they’re going to like how much more we can offer them.”

“We’re proud to welcome Delta and Eastside to the IPS family,” said John Zuleger, IPS President & CEO. “The DiPietros have built a well-run business and it’s a privilege for IPS to be able to acquire it. Joseph, Michael and their employees share our values and commitment to chasing world class. We’re excited to show customers how IPS, Delta and Eastside can be their trusted advisors in solving their biggest problems.”
