Bamford, currently President of the Defense and Power Segments, will be named President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors, following David C. DAVIDSON, N.C.- Ingersoll Rand Inc., a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Tuthill Vacuum and Blower Systems. The all-cash transaction, valued at $184 million, is expected to close Q1 of 2021 or earlier upon obtaining required regulatory approvals and necessary third-party consents.

 

ENFIELD, Conn. — Conval, manufacturer of service valves, announced today that Jeremiah J. O’Callaghan has been appointed Manager of Engineering. 

A graduate of Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, O’Callaghan is a registered professional engineer, a contributing member of the ASME B16 Subcommittee N and a member of the ASME BPVC Section III Working Group on Valves.
