HOUSTON, May 12, 2020 -- CUI Global, Inc. (“CUI Global” or the “Company”) announced Friday it will change its name to Orbital Energy Group, Inc. (“Orbital Energy”), effective immediately. The new name reflects the Company’s strategic repositioning to become a diversified energy infrastructure services company. Orbital Energy’s common shares will continue to be listed for trading on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol ‘OEG,' which began at market opening on May 11, 2020.
