FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Franklin Electric Co., Inc. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Headwater Companies, LLC acquired substantially all of the assets of LCA Pump, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, which operates Water Works Pump. Water Works is a professional groundwater distributor located in Springfield, MO, and will operate as a branch of Headwater Wholesale, LLC, a subsidiary of Headwater Companies.

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Anderson Process has acquired long-standing manufacturer’s representative Tighe-Zeman Equipment LLC. 

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Applied Flow Technology Corporation (AFT) has been acquired by Datacor, Inc of Florham Park, New Jersey, USA. The acquisition occurred in August 2023. It is a mutually beneficial decision and both companies are eager to enhance the engineering solutions AFT develops to help engineers around the world design safer, more efficient and more reliable piping systems.

AUSTIN, Texas – Infinitum has announced the expansion of its leadership team. Bhavnesh Patel has been appointed to chief strategy officer, Paulo Guedes-Pinto has been appointed to chief technology officer and Mike DiNucci joins Infinitum as chief revenue officer. 

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – The Water Research Foundation (WRF) is providing $125,000 in funding to Brown and Caldwell to develop scalable diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) best practices for water sector organizations.

BATON ROUGE, La. – H&E Equipment Services, Inc. has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire the business of Precision Rentals. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the company operates a branch in Phoenix and a second location in Aurora, Colorado. Precision offers a mix of general rental assets with a total fleet size, as measured by original equipment cost, of approximately $70 million and an attractive average fleet age of 37 months.
