ATLANTA (Jan. 7, 2014) – Siemens reached 10,000 of its Robicon Perfect Harmony drives sold globally and has an installed base of 2.2 million KW. It hit the milestone last week, just shy of 20 years since its launch in 1994. Over the past couple of decades, the Siemens Robicon Perfect Harmony medium voltage variable frequency drive has helped manufacturers in a wide range of industries—from oil and gas to power generation—achieve the reliability their critical processes require.

PARSIPANNY, N.J. (Jan. 6, 2014) – The Hydraulic Institute (HI) has entered a Training Partner Agreement with Grundfos USA that allows both organizations to leverage high quality, co-branded educational and training programs designed for pump end users, distributor and engineering consulting firms.
CHICAGO (Jan. 6, 2014) – Littelfuse, Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of SymCom, Inc. Headquartered in Rapid City, S.D., SymCom provides overload relays and pump controllers primarily to the industrial market. The company has sales of approximately $23 million and employs approximately 170 associates. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
