HOUSTON — HENDERSON, a sales and service provider for drilling rigs and capital drilling equipment, has acquired HP Piping Solutions, which is in high-specification, high-pressure fabrication, to further improve its service capabilities within the growing North American oil and gas market.

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. and PHOENIX – PumpMan, a nationwide provider of pump service and repair, successfully completed its second acquisition in the Phoenix market with the purchase of Scott's AZ Motor Electric Repair (Scott's). Scott's provides service and repair for mechanical components such as motors, pumps, head pulleys, fans, blowers, and motor controls for the commercial and industrial segments.
