VLEUTEN, Netherlands - Verder recently announced the acquisition of JEC Ltd.

Verder Liquids is part of the Verder Group. The Verder Group, a Dutch family-owned business specializing in the manufacture and distribution of pumps and laboratory equipment, acquired the South-Korean pump manufacturer JEC Ltd. JEC Ltd is a manufacturer of hygienic rotary lobe, centrifugal and twin-screw pumps.

LAPPEENRANTA, Finland - Flowrox Oy, a manufacturer of industrial valves and pumps, has acquired NovaTek AB, Swedish filtration technology company. This acquisition complements Flowrox's product offering, including filter maintenance and spare parts services, and a growing variety of automation and accompanying services.

REINACH, Switzerland - Change is taking place at the top of the Endress+Hauser Group. Effective March 1, 2019, Andreas Mayr will become chief operating officer (COO), responsible for sales, production and support, thus assuming more responsibility on the executive board. In this function, Mayr will serve as deputy CEO to Matthias Altendorf. On October 1 2018, Jörg Stegert joined the Group to oversee the entire personnel area as chief human resources officer (CHRO).

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Grundfos and the Ministry of Industry & Handicraft, Cambodia today confirmed that they will exchange a letter of intent to strengthen cooperation in water management, in an effort to reduce the cost of water and increase access to clean, quality water in the country.

LAFAYETTE, La. — Gauthiers’ Oilfield Rental, LLC announced that, effective December 1st, 2018, it changed its name to Modex, LLC. The name change follows the transaction between the companies in May 2015 where Gauthiers’ Oilfield Rental, LLC became part of Modex. Modex offers sale and rental of offshore containers, baskets, cabins, workshops and support equipment for the offshore industry.
