SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland (Sept. 19, 2013) – Xylem Inc. has won a contract to develop and install a secondary wastewater treatment solution that will eliminate effluent odor problems and significantly improve the quality of wastewater in the town of Tolu on the Colombian Caribbean coast. The Xylem solution is one of the first wastewater treatment systems using ultraviolet (UV) disinfection to be developed in Colombia.

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland (July 15, 2013) – Xylem has won a contract to provide ultraviolet (UV) drinking water treatment solutions to the largest UV disinfection project ever undertaken in Sweden. The Xylem solutions will help deliver clean, treated drinking water to 900,000 people across 16 municipalities. The facility will have the capacity to handle a potential 25 percent increase in water volume to support future population growth.
STOCKHOLM (May 31, 2013) – Xylem Inc. designed and installed the first ICEAS Advanced Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) and ultraviolet (UV) municipal wastewater treatment solution in Vietnam to improve the water quality of the Sai Gon River.
