(July 17, 2014) – Yaskawa Electric Corporation and Solectria Renewables LLC announced that the companies have reached a definitive agreement whereby Yaskawa Electric will acquire Solectria Renewables through its U.S. subsidiary, Yaskawa America Inc. Solectria Renewables will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
