PLUMSTEADVILLE, Pennsylvania -- Nikkiso has announced a $438 million deal to acquire California-based Cryogenic Industries Holdings.
Cryogenic manufactures cryogenic equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, for industrial gas and energy markets. Cryogenic reported a $156 million revenue in 2016, according to acquisition paperwork filed by Nikkiso.

HELSINKI, Finland -- The technology group Wärtsilä has been contracted to provide the waterjets for a new high speed ferry being built by the Incat Tasmania yard in Australia for Malta based Virtu Ferries.
