IRVINE, Cal. – United Flow Technologies (“UFT”) has announced that it has completed the acquisitions of Kodru-Mooney in October 2022 and Macaulay Controls Company (“Macaulay”) in March 2023. UFT has completed nine acquisitions since its formation in July 2021.
The two acquisitions will accelerate UFT’s position into the Midwest and Texas regions, add product categories to the platform and strengthen OEM partnerships.
SELB, Germany – Andreas Denker will become a further managing director of NETZSCH Pumps & Systems (P&S) with effect from April 1, 2023. After a transition phase with the current CEO Felix Kleinert, Denker will take over the management of the global Pumps & Systems business unit in mid-May 2023. At the same time, he will become a member of the global management team (GMT) of the NETZSCH Group.
Birmingham, Ala. – Motion Industries has announced the opening of a new facility, located at 71 Cherry Hill Drive, Beverly, Massachusetts, 01915. The new facility officially opened on December 1, 2022.
ST. LOUIS – Emerson has appointed Vidya Ramnath senior vice president and chief marketing officer, effective June 1. Ramnath, who currently serves as Emerson’s Middle East and Africa president, will report to Emerson President and Chief Executive Officer Lal Karsanbhai and serve on Emerson’s Office of the Chief Executive.
