OBERGLATT, Switzerland – Switzerland-based MAAG Group, a global solutions provider with integrated and customizable systems in process technology for the polymer, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, has acquired Germany-based XanTec Steuerungs- und EDV Technik GmbH ("XanTec").

XanTec plans, designs and manufactures advanced industrial control systems that are employed in production plants, pelletizing systems and extruders.
