HOUSTON (Jan. 18, 2016) – ValvTechnologies, Inc. has announced the appointment of Colleen Henneke as chief financial officer.
Based in Houston, Henneke will have executive responsibility for the management of cash, assets, regulatory compliance, accounting, financial controls, information management and systems, planning, business analysis and reporting.

The company will operate as a division of OTP Industrial Solutions, which provides solutions for industrial motion control, fluid power, power transmission and pumping systems.
