DULUTH, Ga. - WEG Electric Corp. announced Gary Cleveland as vice president of sales and marketing this week.
Cleveland has been in the industry for 32 years, starting at an EASA repair shop in 1986.
Cleveland holds a bachelor's of science in business management from CSU Stanislaus and an MBA from the University of Utah.

ATLANTA (July 8, 2013) – Electrical Machinery Company, part of the WEG Group has built and serviced motors and turbo generators for more than 120 years. One of the earliest examples still operating is located in Putnam, Conn., and was built in 1919. This 335KVA unit has been rewound a few times in its long life but has the original lamination stack and original rotor poles.

SÃO PAULO, Brazil (June 21, 2012) – WEG has acquired Stardur Tintas Especiais Ltda., a company specialized in the production and sales of industrial paints. Located in Indaiatuba, state of São Paulo (Brazil), Stardur has 250 employees, with manufacturing facilities of 10,000 square meters and net revenues of approximately $ 40 million in 2011.
