The American Society for Nondestructive Testing certifies him under section SNT-TC-1 as an instructor (Level III) and he is certified to ISO Cat III with a combined 39 years of experience. As a senior pump engineer with ProPump Services, Morgenstern’s wide range of technical disciplines includes pump and system design in utility, petroleum, nuclear, and chemical industries and design-related work.
