Harrington Industrial Plastics announced the acquisition of ProTec Construction Services & Supply.

ProTec is a privately held, regional distributor of high purity piping systems with branches in San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin, Texas. These locations will serve as an anchor point to penetrate markets not currently serviced by Harrington, as well as provide a path for future expansion in the Gulf Coast. The acquisition of ProTec enhances Harrington’s existing product offering in the pharmaceutical and high purity markets.
