HALTON HILLS, Ontario (Dec. 30, 2014) – We are excited to announce that Hayward Gordon U.S., Inc., an affiliate of Hayward Gordon ULC (Hayward Gordon), and Sharpe Mixers Inc. (Sharpe) have joined forces.
Jay Dinnison and the Sharpe management team are partnering with Hayward Gordon and private equity firm Element Partners as part of a growth plan to strengthen both companies’ mixer lines. As part of the transaction, Jay Dinnison of Sharpe will remain actively involved in the business in a key product support position.

Sharpe Mixers is a Seattle, Washington based business, which has been family owned for the past 60 years. Hayward Gordon will be making a significant investment in the plant, equipment and people in Seattle to increase its capabilities to serve the global market.
