Richards was employed for almost 27 years as business development manager at Development Dimensions International, Inc. While there, she managed her team of global sales representatives to generate more than $15 million in sales yearly while maintaining profitability. Now at Red Valve, she manages a team of sales and administrative professionals who cover global sales and customer support while working with the executive team on strategies, process improvements, structure and a vision for the organization.
