Avingtrans to Acquire Hayward Tyler

Avingtrans has entered into an agreement to acquire the Hayward Tyler Group.

The U.K.-based company has courted Hayward Tyler for several months, according to trade reports.

Hayward Tyler, based in Luton, England, designs, manufactures and services electric motors and pumps for the global energy industry.
