LAFAYETTE, La. – N2 Solutions (N2S), has announced the acquisition of PFS Nitrogen Services (PFS), a nitrogen technology company supporting the pipeline and petrochemical industry.
N2S’ acquisition of PFS will expand the geographical landscape for both companies and add innovative technology to N2S’ line of nitrogen services and products, including pump trucks and nitrogen transports, nitrogen vaporizers, pig tracking and pipe freeze technology.

PFS will be led by Kirk Clulee, who has been an integral part of PFS growth and success for over 5 years. Clulee will continue his oversight of the company's operational, administrative, sales and marketing functions.
