MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Badger Alloys, Inc. has announced that Timothy Curry has joined the company as Sales Manager. In this role, he will manage customer relationships and all aspects of the sales process, with particular emphasis on additive manufacturing solutions.

Curry brings more than 20 years of foundry experience to Badger Alloys and uses his in-depth industry background to help customers get the best castings with the shortest lead times possible.

MANSFIELD, Ohio. – Ideal Electric has announced the hiring of Brian King as Application Engineer. King is from Kentucky with more than 20 years of experience and a working knowledge of production facility management, sales management, equipment design and customer acquisition and support. He studied Industrial Technology Management at Berea College in Berea, Kentucky, where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree. 

ONTARIO, Canada. – RMI Pressure Systems is pleased to announce that Joe Keenan has joined the company to serve as global managing director, Industrial Fluid Flow Solutions.

Keenan brings with him over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, having held senior positions with companies around the world, including Orica Mining Services, where he served as senior vice president for USA and then President, Latin America.

STAMFORD, Conn. – United Rentals, Inc. today announced that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of family-owned Ahern Rentals, Inc. for approximately $2.0 billion in cash. The board of directors of United Rentals unanimously approved the agreement. The transaction is expected to close prior to year-end 2022, subject to customary conditions.
