HOUSTON – DXP Enterprises, Inc. has announced the completion of the acquisition of Alliance Pump & Mechanical Service, Inc (“Alliance”), a leading municipal and industrial pump sales, service and repair company. DXP funded the acquisition with cash on the balance sheet.
MIAMI – Flowserve Corporation and Pleuger Industries GmbH have an early mutual resolution to all pending legal disputes between the parties through the establishment of a cooperative commercial relationship for the foreseeable future.
Flowserve and Pleuger have agreed to focus on certain joint initiatives to drive advancements in fluid motion control solutions within the Pleuger and Flowserve product ranges.
BELDING, Mich. – Robroy Industries Enclosures Division has announced that Jeff Hall has been promoted to plant manager for the company’s enclosure manufacturing facility in Belding, Michigan. Hall will be responsible for all plant functions as well as managing maintenance team and providing support to the Operations Team.
MONTREAL, Quebec – WILO Canada Inc., a subsidiary of WILO SE, has acquired the assets of PLAD Equipment Ltd., a company specializing in pumps and packaged pump systems for HVAC, boosting, firefighting and irrigation applications. Plad, based in Montreal and Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, employs 43 people and also offers pump repair and machining services.
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – SJE is excited to announce that Ana Bashi will join SJE as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting on Monday, October 30, 2023. Bashi replaces Interim CFO Michael Smith, who will assist with her transition.
