Mayzo Inc. recently added Doug Hartman to the executive team as director of sales and customer care. Hartman replaces Eduardo Padilla in this role, following Padilla’s promotion to President of Mayzo Inc. in 2021.

LONDON – H.E.L Group (H.E.L) today announced three key appointments to the Company’s senior leadership team. Alan Lockley and Edward Quinn join H.E.L as director of global services and director of product development respectively whilst Mark Appleton moves into the new role of director of research.
WAUKESHA, Wis. – Waukesha Foundry Inc. and United Stars Inc. have announced Steve Cooke will be taking over as president of Waukesha Foundry effective September 1st. Steve is replacing John Gerszewski who will be retiring from day-to-day management of Waukesha Foundry but will continue his involvement with the business supporting large scale projects and key initiatives.
LOHR a. MAIN, Germany – Bosch Rexroth has agreed to acquire the motion control specialist Elmo Motion Control Ltd, headquartered in Petach-Tikva, Israel. Elmo develops and produces electrical high-end servo drives and motion controls for industrial automation. The company has around 330 associates. Bosch and Elmo signed an agreement to that effect on September 4th, 2022. The purchase price will not be disclosed. The transaction is subject to antitrust approvals.
WILMINGTON, Del. – Steven Brown & Associates, Inc., has announced the hiring of Jerrid Dorsey. Dorsey will be joining the inside sales team in the parts and service department. He brings the skills acquired during a successful background in customer service, along with extensive technical expertise.
GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas – Protec Equipment Resources has announced that Jason Henry has been named as President. Henry has been promoted from his previous position as Vice President of Operations.
MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – Spectris has completed the acquisition of Dytran Instruments, Inc., after the transaction received the required regulatory approval. As a result, Dytran will be integrated into the HBK business.
The acquisition of Dytran will broaden HBK’s existing sensor offering and further advance its ability to design and deliver custom sensing solutions with a fast turnaround.
HELSINKI, Finland – Metso Outotec has closed the acquisition of Global Physical Asset Management, a technology provider based in North America. The acquisition will further strengthen Metso Outotec’s capabilities in digital field service inspections for grinding.
CHINO, Ca. – Harrington Industrial Plastics (“Harrington”) has acquired Crist Group (“Crist”), in partnership with the company’s owner, Paul Crist. Crist’s technical fabrication capabilities include infrared fusion welding, hot gas welding, ultrasonic welding, CNC machining, laser drilling and etching, precision flaring and clean room preparation and packaging.
TUCKER, Ga. – International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is accepting applications for the 11th annual IPPE Young Leaders Under 30 Program. The Young Leaders Under 30 program targets young professionals who work for companies directly involved in the production and processing of poultry and meat or in the production of animal food who normally would not have the opportunity to attend IPPE.
