BJERRINGBRO, Denmark – Grundfos has signed an agreement with Grundfos Russia local management members to acquire the two Grundfos legal entities in Russia. The transaction allows the new owners to run a non-Grundfos business in Russia and Belarus. The Grundfos brand and other Grundfos Intellectual Property Rights are not part of the divestment and will therefore remain fully in Grundfos’ ownership.

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Ingersoll Rand Inc. has completed the acquisition of SPX FLOW’s Air Treatment business in an all-cash transaction of approximately $525 million.

The Air Treatment business adds a highly complementary product portfolio of energy efficient compressed air dryers, filters and other consumables with a high attachment rate to Ingersoll Rand’s core compressor product offering.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Global water technology company Xylem Inc. announced the appointment of Matthew Pine as chief operating officer, effective January 1, 2023. In this role, Pine will accelerate Xylem’s operations, driving cost leadership and scaling innovation across the global organization. He will report to Xylem President and CEO Patrick Decker and will oversee the company’s business segments and regions.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Badger Alloys, Inc. has announced that Tim Eilers has been appointed director of operations. In this role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations and the development of people and processes to satisfy the needs of Badger Alloys' diverse customer base. Eilers has more than 20 years of foundry experience, affording him an intimate understanding of the casting process and overall manufacturing improvement.
