DE PERE, Wis. – Fluid System Components, Inc. (FSC) has announced the acquisition of Norcan Fluid Power Company (Norcan).

GLENDALE, Wis. – Ampco Pumps Company and Kroneshave entered an agreement for Krones to acquire 90% of Ampco Pumps Company. Ampco manufactures centrifugal and positive displacement pumps and mixing and blending equipment for the food, beverage, marine and industrial markets. Krones has an option to buy the remaining shares in Ampco, which currently remain with company management. Current Ampco management will remain in place.
SADDLE BROOK, N.J. – PumpMan Holdings LLC (“PumpMan Holdings”) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Colorado Water Well.
AUSTIN, Texas – Infinitum has announced the acquisition of Circuit Connect, Inc. a printed circuit board (PCB) fabricator based in Nashua, New Hampshire.
IRVINE, Cal. – United Flow Technologies (“UFT”) has announced that it has completed the acquisitions of Kodru-Mooney in October 2022 and Macaulay Controls Company (“Macaulay”) in March 2023. UFT has completed nine acquisitions since its formation in July 2021.
The two acquisitions will accelerate UFT’s position into the Midwest and Texas regions, add product categories to the platform and strengthen OEM partnerships.
DALLAS – CECO Environmental Corp (CECO) has announced it has completed the acquisition of Transcend Solutions, LLC (Transcend), a Houston-based process filtration solution design and manufacturing company with applications in hydrocarbon and chemical processing.
Virginia Beach, Va. – Busch Vacuum Solutions U.S. has announced the acquisition of the business of VESCO-McLaughlin, Inc. (VESCO) in East Windsor, Conn. With the addition of VESCO, Busch Vacuum Solutions expands its business by adding complementary services to its offering of global field service, overhaul, repair and installation.
ZURICH, Switzerland – ABB has reached an agreement to sell its Power Conversion division to AcBel Polytech Inc. for $505 million in cash. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2023.
