AMHERST, N.Y. — Quality Valve recently acquired Griffco Valve. The acquisition was finalized on Nov. 15, 2021.

Quality Valve is based out of Mobile, Alabama, and is a valve and parts-based distributor specializing in quick shipment (maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) service support. The acquisition is expected to help expand Griffco's reach, especially in the wastewater industry.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — December 14, 2021 — Ohio Transmission Corporation (OTC), an industrial equipment service provider and distributor headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, today announced the acquisition of Critical Rental Solutions, a provider of oil-free air and temperature control rental equipment throughout the United States. Critical Rental Solutions will operate under OTC's Air Supply Group.
