BURLINGTON, Mass. – CIRCOR International, Inc. has announced that it has acquired essentially all the operating assets related to the herringbone gear pump product line of Flowserve Corporation. The transaction includes the GAX, GR and Gearex Series pump lines, which will be fully integrated into CIRCOR’s IMO product portfolio following a transition period.

HOUSTON – DXP Enterprises, Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of APSCO, LLC. Founded in 1986, APSCO is headquartered in Redmond, Washington, servicing Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and surrounding markets.
