DALLAS (May 27, 2014) – Schneider Electric announced the completion of a facility improvement project as part of an energy savings performance contract (ESPC) with the city of Kirksville, Mo. With more than $4.7 million in renovations, the project is expected to provide the city more than $340,000 in annual savings, allowing the project to pay for itself within a 15-year period.
