Lloyd B. Aanonsen, P.E is president of General Rubber Corporation and has more than 30 years of experience in the design, development and application of rubber expansion joints. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, an MBA, and is the author of numerous articles on the design and application of performance expansion joints. He is a member of the Fluid Sealing Association (FSA) and the Hydraulic Institute (HI), and also actively involved with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) where he serves on a technical advisory group for rubber expansion joints.
