STAMFORD, Conn., HOUSTON and LONDON -- Trillium Flow Technologies has acquired Red Point Alloys BV.

Founded in 1987, Red Point specializes in the design, manufacture, and quick delivery of exotic material isolation valves for applications in petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, oil & gas production, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and other industrial processes. 

BERLIN - On Feb. 8, the Wilo Group successfully completed the acquisition of the Berlin-based Abionik Group from the private equity company BID Equity as well as other shareholders. Abionik currently employs around 170 people across eleven production and sales sites in Europe and Asia.
