GROVETOWN, Ga. (Oct. 22, 2015) – KSB's US subsidiary GIW Industries, Inc. has entered into a sales and service partnership with the Finnish company Outotec. Outotec is a globally active company offering technologies and services for the metal and mineral processing industries. GIW is part of the KSB Group and manufacturers slurry pumps that are primarily used in mining applications.

(Oct. 20, 2015) – Increasing energy efficiency through the adoption of readily available wastewater management technologies can slash related emissions by nearly half, according to a new study released by Xylem Inc. The analysis further concludes that 95 percent of the electricity-related emissions abatement can be achieved at negative or neutral cost.
