HAMDEN, Conn. – On February 28, 2021, Burt Process Equipment entered into an acquisition agreement with Fluid Handling Dynamics (FHD), a provider of fluid handling equipment, field service and pump repair based in Bryan, Ohio.
Burt Process will expand FHD’s existing infrastructure with the construction of a new state-of-the-art fulfillment, service, and repair center, scheduled to open on April 1st, 2021.
