BATAVIA, N.Y. (May 30, 2014) – Graham Corporation announced that it was recently awarded four orders for projects valued at approximately $10 million. The orders are for upgrades of Graham ejector system components at three oil refineries and an ethylene capacity expansion project in North America. Shipments are expected to occur during the next nine to 15 months.

LISBON, Portugal (May 30, 2014) — Sociedade Central de Cervejas e Bebidas (SCC), a brewery in Vialonga near Lisbon, Portugal, has significantly reduced water usage by improving operating performance and reliability with help from GE’s advanced membranes and water chemical technology. The site reused wastewater to its cooling towers, which enabled it to reduce its yearly water discharge by 72 million liters and reduce its annual fresh water consumption by the same amount.

WESTVILLE, N.J. (April 29, 2014) – Colonial Seal Company recently completed their audit on the company's Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008. It is designed to ensure that all systems in place meet the needs of both customers as well as other entities. No discrepancies were noted on the inspection, and customer on-timedelivery was 98.2 percent for the first quarter 2014, exceeding the company goal of 97 percent.

FORT SMITH, Ark. (May 28, 2014) – Baldor Electric Company announced the promotion of Galen Burdeshaw to power transmission components engineering manager.
