CHICAGO - WEF, NACWA, and WRF have partnered with Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) to host a United States delegation of high-level utility managers. The organizations have also collaborated to create a scholarship fund to assist US utility leaders in funding international participation.

This scholarship program is seeking to attract utility leaders who are interested in or have working knowledge in the following areas:

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – With 22,500 registrants, the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) 92nd annual technical exhibition and conference drew one of the largest crowds in a decade as it continued to live up to its billing as the world’s largest annual water quality event.

WEFTEC 2019 also featured 992 exhibitors using 294,000 net square feet of space to showcase the latest developments, technologies and services for the water sector.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Water Environment Federation (WEF) proudly announces students from the University of British Columbia and University of Colorado as winners of the 2019 Student Design Competition. The 18th annual competition showcased the innovative ideas of 30 teams from 26 WEF Member Associations and three countries during WEFTEC 2019, WEF's 92nd annual technical exhibition and conference.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Teams from Colorado and Texas bested the rest during the 32nd annual Operations Challenge competition. The Rocky Mountain Water Environment Federation’s Elevated Ops from Denver won Division 1 and the Water Environment Association of Texas’ South Mesquite Rangers from Mesquite placed first in Division 2. The exciting, high-energy event happened at WEFTEC 2019—the Water Environment Federation’s 92nd annual technical exhibition and conference—in Chicago.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Water Environment Federation (WEF) makes Water's Worth It accessible to international audiences with the coming release of its award-winning "Why Water’s Worth It" children’s book in Spanish and French. All three editions, along with exclusive new merchandise such as a kids’ T-shirt, coloring tote bag, and a sticker sheet featuring the book illustrations, will be available for the first time at the WEFTEC 2019 onsite bookstore later this month in Chicago.
